Productivity tools

The links in this module lead to some amazing tools to help people collaborate in the workplace. Currently I'm investigating Google docs as a way the staff can post tasks for closing the building as well as other topics. I've talked to several outside people who use Google docs extensively. A test account of sorts has been set up, and a circ staffer and I have been testing it. Time to get it in place because our days in the current building are rapidly passing. Email is still useful, but the limits it places on collaboration are quickly evident. I hope to explore more of the productivity tools at a later time.
